It matters to me that everyone who visits this site can use it comfortably. The site was built to follow the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines as closely as possible:
- A clear heading structure and full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator.
- Sufficient color contrast and resizable text.
- Alternative text for images and labels for every form field.
- Respect for the operating system's "reduce motion" setting: animations are turned off.
- An accessibility menu in the side bar: larger text, high contrast, link highlighting, a readable font and stopping animations.
- A "Skip to content" link at the start of every page.
