I'm a learning experience designer, workshop facilitator and speaker. At TomiZ I help organizations and experts take complex knowledge and turn it into something people actually learn, remember and apply.
I develop and facilitate workshops, seminars and talks for organizations, teams and communities, specializing in bringing generative AI (GenAI) into work and learning, and in making complex knowledge clear, practical and engaging.
My work always starts with the same question: what do people need to be able to do after the learning? From there I build backwards, from needs analysis, through experience design, to checking that the training actually works in the field.

Developing and facilitating workshops, seminars and talks for organizations, teams and communities. Building modular content tailored to each audience, from needs analysis to measuring effectiveness in the field. International speaker and member of the VSAI international speakers' association.
- 2021–2026Learning and training designer in tech and industry companies
Led training programs end to end: analyzing complex roles, writing training plans and micro-learning assets, and working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate professional, regulatory and operational knowledge into clear, practical outputs. Including global MedTech training, customer education and training for teams and distributors.
- 2019–2023Education and community
Facilitated groups, built leadership programs and led social and community initiatives for youth and adults. That's where I learned that good learning happens when people do, not when they just listen.
What guides me
Learning is measured in performance
The goal isn't for people to "complete" a training. It's for them to do something differently tomorrow morning.
Knowledge shouldn't be stuck with one person
When all the knowledge sits with one expert, everyone queues up at their desk. We turn that knowledge into a system more people can use.
AI with a method
AI tools save time only when there's a methodology behind them. Without one, they just create more noise.
